Bards are special workers who perform in front of your patrons. They require a stage to do so.
You can have a Bard perform, but if you don't give a Bard a Private room that meets their expectations, they will leave afterwards. Having a Bard perform increases the general satisfaction of your patrons and may cause them to order certain types of services more than others (for example: more spicy food).
If you click on a Bard with the left mouse button you can choose the option Start a performance.
