Outlaws are one of the five Social Groups. They don't mind if the inn is dirty or elegant, but they dislike too much light. They prefer alcohol over anything else. They are easy to satisfy, but they cause brawls and may steal. Therefore, it might be necessary to employ additional Watchmen to keep order.
